Booking Policies

Reservation requests for The Lake House are accepted year round. A deposit, equaling the cost of the first night's stay, is required upon confirmation of your reservation.

Cancellations are accepted without fee based on the following timeline:

Peak Season: 30 Day Cancellation (Memorial Day Weekend and Mid-June - Labor Day)
All other dates: 24 Hour Cancellation

The length of stay requirements for vacation rentals are as follows:

Peak Season: Three night minimum.
Holiday Weeks: three night minimum, including Memorial Day Weekend
All other dates: two night minimum

The Lake House is a non-smoking, no pet resort.
