Ownership that fits your lifestyle

Fractional Ownership involves the purchase of a unit in a resort community for a specified time frame throughout the year. Here at the Lake House, our residents enjoy 13 weeks of vacation time every year, with schedules that advance forward one week each year so that each member can experience all 52 weeks of the year over four years of ownership. If your schedule is too full for 13 weeks of vacation time, you can trade your weeks at any time of year to accommodate specific holidays, birthdays, and special occasions of your choosing. If you need to occupy multiple units at one time (i.e. family reunion or wedding), you can also use your available vacation weeks to treat your guests to their own home concurrent to your stay. If you can not use some of your weeks, our Owner Services team can arrange to have your home rented out to help you recoup some of your annual costs of ownership.
