Jon has over fifteen years of experience working with individuals directly in areas such as real estate investing, taxes, stock option planning, investment advice and estate planning.

Michael Burns, Fractional Ownership Consultant
Michael founded Private Residence Resorts (PRR) in 1999 after a lifelong career in the resort industry. PRR was one of the first companies to introduce the concept of fractional ownership to vacation homebuyers in two of Idaho's most scenic mountain resort communities.

Burns began his career at Vacation Internationale, a pioneer company in points-based vacation timesharing co-founded by his father. He subsequently worked in senior management, creating a Marriott Hotel specifically for the Walt Disney Company.

A former construction company owner, Larry specializes in providing functional, sustainable and creative designs. Known for his hands-on approach, he has delivered award-winning architectural designs for a variety of projects.

Brian Merrill, Sales
Brian brings thirty-five years of sales and marketing management experience to The Lake House development team. He earned his BA in Business and Marketing from Eastern Washington State University and his career has spanned multiple industries including food, sporting goods, advertising and real estate.

Brian and his wife Patty are residents of the Chelan Valley and have vacationed here for nearly 40 years with their families. Brian's passion and commitment to The Lake House project is rooted in his love for the Chelan Valley's spirit of community and tradition.

Barry D. Leahy, Construction Management Consultant
Barry has provided professional real estate development expertise to corporations, partnerships, joint ventures and wealthy individuals for over 20 years. Julie brings 24 years of Interior Design and Design Management expertise to the project team. Progressing from Project Interior Designer at leading international architectural firms to current business owner, she is able to apply detailed project management skills and careful client communication to ensure total project success. The combination of her specialized project management expertise and her strong sense of color and materials appropriate for the specific project on hand, allows her to produce environments that meet total client approval.
