Concierge Services
Experience the best of resort-style living with our convenient, personalized concierge services. Our owners receive pre-arrival grocery shopping, local dinner reservations, and recommendations for equipment rentals and golf tee times.

The Pool House
Owners have full access to our community Pool House, 4,000 square feet of multi-purpose space featuring a fitness room, game room, pool table, patio deck, and flat screen TVs.

Year-Round Heated Pool and Spa
Just outside of the Pool House you'll find plenty of opportunities for relaxation by the large heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit.

Wine Tasting Tours
With over a dozen wineries in the vicinity, it's no surprise that the Lake House will help coordinate wine tasting tours through our personalized concierge services.

The Splash Zone
A combination water feature and zero depth play area, the Splash Zone provides fun for the whole family.

Don Morse Park
Don Morse Park is located right across the street from the Lake House, and offers boat docking, a putting course, a swimming hole, picnic areas, tent camping, and more.

Golf Packages
Chelan is home to a wide variety of golf courses, each with spectacular views of the area. From a challenging putting course to the top-ranked Bear Mountain Ranch Golf Course, your concierge will help you find the perfect course to fit your schedule and skill level.
